With an integrated approach to therapy that includes psychology, Reiki, and meditation, I want to help you realise that you are not your trauma, or your anxiety and depression. You are so much more. You are important, and your feelings matter. Your story needs to be heard.

Throughout my years as a counsellor, I’ve worked with many different people and realised that you each have the power within yourself to change your circumstances. Working with a professional who can support you along the way is an essential part of the healing process.
I have extensive experience using evidence-based psychological therapies, such as:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to treat trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression
I do not believe there is only one path to wellness, which is why I also integrate holistic-based therapies such as Reiki and Meditation. Through the healing powers of both Reiki therapy and Meditation, you have the opportunity to benefit from both the traditional psychology methods, as well as mindfulness and other holistic therapy in order to achieve well-rounded results.
